One of the many reasons I love @pyramidferments… Just read that description below. Farm fresh ingredients and nothing but love and passion for all they do! Toronto, you need to try this kraut if you haven’t yet. I get mine at Brickworks Farmers Market! @evergreencanada

By @pyramidferments “#SproutToKraut Ingredient showcase #2 : Spring Permaculture Dill

http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dill

We love dill, it comes back every year on it’s own and comes back early! No planting required and grows nice and high over weeds so picking is easy.

One thing that sets us apart from other fermentation companies is that we grow as much of our own ingredients as possible. 100% spray free, grown with only water and sunshine here at our own farm. This is something we believe strongly in and continue to use all year round. Harvesting in the morning, fermenting in the afternoon when the season allows it. This along with our #NoPlastic fermentation practices, allows us to provide you with the freshest ingredients possible!
Now that the season is finally upon us look for many more #SproutToKraut updates all summer long!
